Terms, Transfers and Withdrawls

You can transfer to another distance via your Active Network registration login or by contacting XTR Multisports via email  events@xtrmultisports.com.au up until 5pm 15th of March 2026.  After this time transfers of distances can only be done at race pack collection.  Please bring your registration confirmation email and Id.

Transfers of distance and person will be subject to availability of race bibs given this event has a very limited field.

A $10 administration fee is applicable to any changes made to an entry including transfer of distance or participant.  Entrants upgrading their race distance category will need to pay the difference in registration fee also.

Cancellation Policy

The following refund fees are applicable for cancellations, depending on when the request is received.​

​

• 75% refund on entry fee if the participant withdraws on or before midnight, 31 January 2026

• 50% refund on entry fee if the participant withdraws on or before midnight, 28 February 2026

• 25% refund on entry fee if the participant withdraws on or before midnight 15th of March 2026.
