Early Bird Entry Fees

Early Bird Entry Fees - before 11pm WST, 31st December 2025:

• Tin Lids (Trystars) - $25

• Bolt Course (Junior & Senior) - $40

• Long Course (Senior) - $60  (incorporating Age Group WT World Championship Qualifying race.)

• 1500m swim Challenge - $50

 

Note - Non-affiliated members and TA Basic members – require an additional Triathlon Australia race day licence fee (details below).  Non-affiliated members are entrants that are NOT Triathlon Australia and Triathlon WA Affiliated members.

Standard Entry Fees

Standard Entry Fees - before 9pm WST, Sunday 15th February 2026:

• Tin Lids (Trystars) - $35

• Bolt Course (Junior & Senior) - $50

• Long Course (Senior) - $70  (incorporating Age Group WT World Championship Qualifying race.)

• 1500m swim Challenge - $60

Note -Non-affiliated members – require an additional Triathlon Australia race day licence fee (details below).    These are already incorporated into the Non-affiliated entry fees!  This applies to both Individual and Team entries if applicable.

TA Licence Requirements

Current 2025/2026 Triathlon Australia and Triathlon WA affiliated members will need to provide a valid membership number during the registration process.  Non-affiliated entries and TA/TWA Basic members will require purchase of a Triathlon Australia one day membership for race day that provides them a One Day Licence (ODL)  for insurance purposes.  One Day Licence (ODL) costs apply to individual entries of all ages as well as Team entries..  The One Day Licence (ODL) fee is already incorporated into the Non-affiliated and TA/TWA Basic members entry fees!

Note - the purchase of a Triathlon Australia One Day Licence (ODL) is not a substitute for a Triathlon Australia and Triathlon WA Standard or Premium annual membership and the associated entitlements.  See further details on insurance at - http://www.triathlon.org.au/Membership/Insurance.htm

 

Late Entries

Late entries will be available after 9pm AWST Sunday 15th February 2026 subject to race entry slots still being available.  Please note that all late entries after Sunday 15th February 2026 at 9pm WST will incur an additional $15 late payment fee for individual entries and for Teams.

Should limited places still be available and you would like to register as a late entry please see our team at the race location - Mullaloo Beach at the registration area early on race morning (before 7am) or at XTR Multisports, Royce Court, Joondalup  between 11am and 3pm on Saturday 28th February 2026.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Joondalup Autumn Classic

No refunds are offered if you wish to withdraw from the event.  All entries are non transferable to other events or future events.  (Please note the event Terms and Conditions during the registration process.)
